Premama Complete – Prenatal Vitamins that you mix in your drink! Review and Giveaway
Premama Complete is a prenatal multivitamin drink mix. It is the most complete prenatal pill alternative on the market, containing 100% of the recommended Daily Value of non-constipating Iron, 30mg of Vitamin B6 to soothe the symptoms of morning sickness, 65mg of vegetarian DHA (30% more than other prenatal pill alternatives contain) to support baby’s healthy brain development, and 1000mcg of Folic Acid to support healthy brain and spinal cord development. Premama Complete is gluten free, lactate free, vegetarian, low calorie and naturally flavored. Mix one packet of Premama Complete into 16 ounces of water, shake it up, and enjoy the easiest to digest prenatal vitamin. Great for breastfeeding moms, too!
Now I am not a pregnant or nursing mom. But I do have low vitamin B6 and low folic acid levels so I still take prenatal vitamins on a daily basis. Without it, I feel lethargic and struggle with some endocrine issues. However, I hate taking pills. I find if I have to take a pill I will most likely not do it. But drinking I must do and more than most because of the medical issues I have. This powdered drink is not only good for me, but incredibly tasty. The perfect addition to my daily regimen. I mix it in water or orange juice – tasty as can be.
Premama Complete is available specifically at Target for $24.99 for a 28 day supply.
