#AlphaGrillers Garlic Press and Peeler Set
This Alpha Griller Garlic Press and Peeler Set is made of premium solid stainless steel and it can easily mince cloves that are not even peeled – the peel stays right in the device and minced garlic easily comes out. I have arthritis and that does not present an issue at all for this garlic press – it is very easily to squeeze effectively. I only recently started working with garlic. I love it but this year my mother in law planted garlic and we have an abundance of it. My hands no longer end up smelling like garlic – this is pretty hands off. Although I can use the press with peeled cloves, it is much easier to peel them with the silicone peeler by simply rolling back and forth. I do need to squeeze a bit more if trying to use unpeeled cloves. I love the book too – “50 Delicious Recipes Using Crushed and Sliced Garlic”. Without this book my garlic recipes are pretty isolated to green beans or pasta dishes. I am sure I will never go back to store bought, pre-minced garlic. The fresh “stuff” is so much better and there are so many varieties!
