Better Burgers Are Made With a Yumms Burger Press

With the Yumms Burger Press we can quickly, easily and perfectly make great burgers.  It offers thickness control and effortless removal, and it does more with less time and labor than the cheap alternatives.

You can make your patties anywhere from 1/4″ to 1/2″ thick patties and you can even make hamburgers, sausage patties, crab cakes and more.  Because the burgers have uniformity, they cook evenly every time.  The patty is easily removed because it has a non-stick coating which also makes it easy to clean up.

better burger ingredients

My favorite burger is approximately a pound of ground turkey, approximately a pound of lean ground beef and two eggs.  Mix it all together and bake.  I bake them on a regular cookie sheet on parchment paper.  Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until done.

Better Burgers Done

I like them best straight out of the oven, just as they are with some lettuce and tomatoes on the side.  My family likes them best with a bun, mayonnaise (light) and ketchup (low sugar).
