When I work out I always wash my hair.  That may not seem like a huge deal but I don’t like to blow dry my hair if I don’t have to.  My hair is damaged enough from all the other things that I do all year long at the pools and oceans.  But if I don’t blow dry my hair it literally can take four hours to completely dry.
