Drop Stop Gap Blocker @DropStop

Seriously?  Where has this been all my life!  I would love to blame every single thing I ever lost in the cracks of my car on the kids but sadly – I have lost plenty myself.  I feel my heart rate increase significantly every time it happens.  Definitely a cause for a panic attack – especially if I am driving down the road.

Now some things I can get out of the crack pretty easily or at least without pain and cutting up my knuckles but they have to be as big as a cell phone.  I don’t even know how you can easily clean in that crack – the entire design drives me crazy.

But now I have this set of Drop Stop Gap Blockers – oh man, these should really come standard with every car or at least every dealership should offer them with every car sold.  Don’t rely on the consumer seeking them out – the first line would be used and new dealers or even manufacturers.

The premise is very simple – the package includes a set of two Drop Stops.  One for the driver’s seat and one for the passenger’s seat.  They slide over each seat belt buckle connector and then get wedged in the crack – nothing will fall through again, EVER!

This really took about ten seconds to install on each side.  I just fully recline the seat I am working with (they say to do the opposite seat but I found it works fine this way) and slide the belt buckle hole over the seat belt connector.  Push it all the way down.  Straighten out the seam and slide into the crack.  It really is that easy.
