Nutrisystem is totally awesome – plain and simple… There are so many great foods and I can have plenty of variety in order to achieve my goals.
Although I do try to broaden my horizons when I place my monthly order – I still find that I absolutely do have some favorites.
Breakfast is easy – pancakes, waffles or cinnamon buns.
Lunch – hamburger, chili or chicken noodle soup.
Dinner – fettuccine alfredo and lasagna
Snack – white cheddar popcorn
Without a doubt I am a pasta lover and I like the sweeter breakfasts. I vary my tests a little more for lunch – If I am on the run I do like the bars too but save those for days where I won’t be able to heat up a lunch.
What would be your favorites?
This week had many stresses but there were also some major highlights – our two children with special needs participated in a horse competition and they both did great… I am so proud of them. And the stresses of the week heavily impacted them so the fact that they were even able to compete was such a thrill. Six ribbons between the two of them!
So how was my progress this week? I am a little late posting this week but my update is based on Monday morning. I lost another pound this week for a total of 11 pounds in 6 weeks. I had a very very difficult week personally. My week started off great and yeah I did slide a little bit when the stress became too much. Some people drink – I eat and I am definitely a stress eater. However, our life is back on track and so is my diet and I am excited to face the week ahead.
Now – I am off to begin a new week and I am so excited.
