We absolutely love this time of year.  We can spend more time with our horses and being outside is just so healthy.  The fresh air, the fresh food, and the fun – terrific combinations.

Who loves carving up a watermelon?  I doubt there is a line waiting for that honor.  It is a tedious job, messy at best, and never quick.  But now I have this awesome watermelon knife that makes the entire process so much easier.  I have tried every way possible to cut up a watermelon – check youtube – there are tons of ways, none of which are as easy and efficient as this.

Now the cutting is easier and faster with this ergonomically shaped watermelon cutter.  This kit also has a carving knife with two shapes – one for cutting and one for scooping.  I can’t wait to use the scoop to make a dessert of melon balls.
