My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream – Not Your Average Ice Cream

We are all starting to be very serious about watching what we are eating but who wants to give up ice cream? Definitely not me and definitely not my daughters!  What kind of life would it be without ice cream?

Have you heard of My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream?  Well it is definitely not your average ice cream – it is ice cream re-designed.  Wouldn’t it be great to just grab ice cream with your hands and eat it?  No scooping… no mess… no melting all over the place.

We couldn’t wait to dive in when ours arrived in the mail on dry ice.  Well, note to you all – WAIT til they thaw out ALOT!  They were so incredibly cold and hard straight off the dry ice – but delicious.  We had such a special treat.

We did wait for the rest to thaw out a bit after we each had one.  Definitely worth the wait.  They become nice and soft and allow the ice cream to be a nice surprise with every bite.
