I have been trying to reduce the gluten in my family’s diet – not necessarily eliminate it but through some less drastic measures that they won’t even notice the difference. My favorite recipe by far is the white chocolate macadamia cookie recipe. The kids prefer the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies – they are very used to me incorporating pumpkin into their diet and didn’t even really notice other than they said they were very moist and loved them. I will most likely be trying just about every recipe in this cookbook. There is so much to love!
