Lemur Monitors – BlueDriver
Turn your smart device into a professional-grade auto diagnostics tool
This BlueDriver allows users to wirelessly read and clear diagnostic trouble codes without having to spend money at the mechanic. I am constantly bringing my car to the shop for an oil change only to have them tell me the million other things they believe I need. I am convinced because I am a woman they are constantly trying to pull a fast one on me. This device will allow me to check if what they say is true. All I need to do is download the free BlueDriver app and plug in the BlueDriver device. We have several vehicles and it works with all, including our 1999 Chevy Suburban! I would never have thought it would work with a vehicle that old. The driver will generate vehicle specific information such as code definition, possible causes and repair recommendations. And particularly in the case of the suburban – I can check beforehand if that vehicle is ready for local emissions. Works with all makes and models (sold in U.S. and Canada) that are 1996 or newer and simply pairs via Bluetooth with Apple devices (running iOS 7.0+) and Android devices (running Android 4.0+). This BlueDriver has offered me such peace of mind knowing that certain repairs do in fact need to be done and preparing for emissions before I get there!
