The Cookina Cooking Sheet is a great alternative to aluminum foil, parchment or wax paper and keeps the oven and backing trays clean and is perfect for microwaves and gas and electric ovens.  I have always used parchment paper because I just can’t stand scrubbing pans unnecessarily.  But in my area it is not only hard to find parchment paper but of course it is not reusable.  This cooking sheet meets my needs perfectly and I simply (and easily) wash it with soap and water to be used again whenever I like.
