This FoodSaver® FM2000-000 Vacuum Sealing System and Heat Rolls arrived just in time!  My mother in law lives with us and she gets fresh cow meat a couple times per year.  Today was that day.  Lots of hamburger and steaks and to make sure they last and her investment is not wasted – she used this system and heat rolls to seal all the meat and store in the freezers.

These are designed to keep the food fresh up to 5x longer and allows us to buy in bulk (since we all live together) and on sale and allows us to not waste much at all!

The design is very sleek and attractive and sleek enough to fit in small spaces that other devices may not fit.

It is very easy to operate and can stand up to a great deal of use.  This was an entire quarter cow and it lasted with no problem.  We have had other brands that seal and they tend to overheat with this much use.  This FoodSaver® did not overheat at all – not once.

There are also options to purchase heat seal bags or pre-sealed bags.
