Kyocera Professional Advanced Ceramic Chef’s Knife
This Kyocera Chef’s Knife is an 8″ Professional Chef’s Knife featuring one of the largest advanced ceramics blades produced by Kyocera. It has a deeper blade with greater knuckle clearance – a key feature of this distinctive design. A comfortable ergonomic handle provides precise control and ease of handling. The sleek, ultra-sharp advanced ceramic knife is ideal for slicing fruits, vegetables and boneless meats. The Kyocera zirconium oxide blade will stay razor sharp at least 10 times longer than traditional cutlery, making it ideal for everyday use.
I love my Kyocera Chef’s Knife. It is definitely my “go to” knife when I am chopping product and chicken. Naturally it can be used for other foods but those are my primary staples for sure. The knife is so incredibly sharp – cutting anything that I cut has proven to be effortless. Not only is it extremely sharp but it will stay sharp much longer than traditional knives because they retain their superior edge at least 10 times long than other professional cutlery. I also love that the knife is not any type of metal – the ceramic will not alter taste, smell or food appearance. It will not rust – since there is no metal and it is very lightweight. I can cut so much longer even with my arthritis since it is light weight.
Lifetime Warranty: Kyocera advanced ceramic cutlery and kitchen tools are fully warranted to be free of defects in material and/or craftsmanship. If the product is found defective, we will repair or replace it.
Lifetime Complementary Sharpening: Kyocera offers complimentary sharpening for KYOCERA ADVANCED CERAMIC knives only.
Available at Kyocera Advanced Ceramics for $79.95 and well worth every penny. I have purchased other metal type blades before for a similar cost or even higher – but they do not remain sharp. And none of them have such a great warranty or sharpening policy.
