Kuisiware’s 2-in-1 Salt and Pepper Grinder Set is a great multi-tasker. It puts both the salt and pepper (or any other spices you want to keep handy) into one grinder. It has a ceramic grinding mechanism which is the only way to go these days. The ends are stainless steel so they won’t melt if it hits the stove when you are trying to put salt and pepper in a pot. It holds more salt and pepper than your average combo grinder and you can adjust the size of the grind.
I think it’s great to have the salt and pepper in one but you usually find it as a pepper mill and a salt shaker. I really like that I can put my coarse sea salt into the grinder and get it smaller so that it disperses better in my cooking. I have to admit, my kitchen counters are usually covered with spices, oils and vinegars. I seem to always have a hard time finding my salt and pepper. Putting them together in one tall upright grinder makes it so much easier to find in a hurry!
I also like the lids at both ends. I know they’re supposed to be great for keeping the salt and pepper from falling on to your counters, but I like to grind while the cover is still on. Then take it off with the salt or pepper in it so I can have a better idea of how much is going in to the recipe. Often times I think it’s too much or too little because it’s difficult to gauge when you are grinding right into the pan.
A ceramic grinding mechanism and sterling silver ends make this a great 2-in-1 Salt and Pepper Grinder Set!
The ceramic grinding mechanism has become the norm for high end pepper mills but you don’t often find one in mills that are reasonably priced like this one. The sterling silver design also looks great on the table for both everyday use and special occasions.
So throw out with those individual salt and pepper shakers and combined pepper mills with salt shaker. Move into the world of sleek, effective grinders with Kusiware’s 2-in-1 Salt and Pepper Grinder Set. I have no doubt you will be glad you did.
