Best Buy is the best place to purchase camera and camcorder equipment and supplies.  Approximately five years ago my husband bought me my first “big” camera there and they have been our sole source of this type of equipment since then.  My very first camera was a Nikon D40 – a really good camera to learn on and the first to allow me to take gorgeous photos of my children growing up (and the dogs – can’t forget the dogs).  Since then we have purchased many cameras and camcorders for us and our children.  I have a Nikon D40, D3200, D5200 and J3.  I am looking at getting my husband the D5300 for Christmas.  It makes total sense to stay with Nikon since everything I have is Nikon.
