Scrumptious Oreo Brownies
Scrumptious Oreo Brownies
These brownies are sure to be a crowd pleaser. This recipe is so easy my daughter often makes it on her own. Sometimes she also adds a dollup of peanut butter on top of the oreo.
Ingredients:
Oreos
Brownie Mix
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box (unless you are making it from scratch – then prepare it your normal way).
Separate a cover from each oreo and place two oreos together – creams facing each other.
Save the covers for another recipe.
Place a spoonful of brownie batter in a muffin tin, then place your oreo on top.
Cover with another teaspoon of brownie batter.
Bake according to the brownie directions.
