Are you like me?  Have you become a soda addict?  Well that addiction has been a struggle for years.  I drink Diet Coke – occasionally I will drink diet orange soda but those are my two go to drinks.  I am so particular about it – I will only drink Diet Coke from McDonald’s – not a can, bottle or any place else.  And diet orange – I will only drink from a can or bottle.  Strange I know but I also know so many people who have the same cravings.

Fruit infused water

I am also not a fan of plain water – though I will drink that if the two scenarios above are not available.  Artificially flavored waters – either the sort where I add a flavored powder to water, or premade drinks – give me heartburn or they are just too sweet I can’t stand them.  But fruit infused waters are delicious and a great alternative.  They add just a bit of sweetness to make the water more interesting but not so much it is overpowering.  I tend to like the citrus, berry and grape options.  I do need to be careful with citrus though – that can also give me heartburn.

Locking Mechanism Insuser Water Bottle

This particular bottle is unique because it has a locking mechanism, is leakproof and an easy flip top lid.

Convenient Carrying Loop

And it even has a convenient carrying loop – just hook it up to a carabiner for easy carrying while we are doing our cliff walks.
