This new Space-themed version of the Marble Mania Galaxy has over 400 pieces to build a fast and fun marble run. Fun sound effects, glow-in-the-dark tracks and graphics add to the excitement. Colors subject to change. Requires two AA batteries and two button cell batteries. Ages 8+ years.

All The Marble Mania Pieces

There are alot of pieces in this kit but they are all clearly marked and easy to identify.  You do need to really take your time putting this together and making sure you have all the right pieces in the correct spot and facing the right way.

WE have begun

And a little more…

And more

And all glowing in the dark…

This is quite the project… We aren’t quite done putting it together but it is very impressive.  It is definitely not a lightweight marble maze – the box was quite heavy indeed.  I was most impressed to find a motorized gear unit and it is compatible with the other Techno Gears set that we have already.  There are 480 pieces and it is taking quite a bit of time to put it together.  It will be sitting on the dining room table once together for a very long time!  We have had some struggles with accidentally putting the incorrect pieces together or putting pieces together incorrectly and in some cases really struggled to get them apart.  I have no idea how some people have put it together in three hours or even five hours.  And although 8+ may be a good age recommendation for use – it is definitely not good for construction.  I do hope to finish putting it together in a few more hours.  So if you can get through the assembly – you will love it.  I have had other Techno Gear products and thoroughly enjoyed them but I need to finish building this one first…

“Propelled by a built-in motor, marbles shoot up the Marble Mania transparent tube to start their journey across the galaxy. Futuristic sounds play as the marbles make their way from the moon, to Earth, to Jupiter, and beyond, accompanied by exciting flashing lights. Each section of the glow-in-the-dark track offers a new path, including a swirling spiral, zigzags, jumps, and a ride up the corkscrew inside a giant spaceship.”
