My Gourmet Seafood Casseroles and Meals

We love seafood.  Sometimes we Order seafood online and other times we make it from scratch.  My Gourmet makes these awesome seafood casserole dishes and meals.  But they also make flavored tuna packs.  I found My Gourmet because of the tuna packs  but in the process learned about their other products!  I have never been much of a seafood person other than tuna.  It has just always been that way – hard to imagine that I am on the shores of Maine every weekend for six months a year and still shy away from most seafood.

When I received these casseroles and meals, my family who does love seafood, dove right in.  I had to put the breaks on them so I could take my photos – THEN they ran straight to the microwave.  Their reactions were priceless!  My 10 year old would literally eat seafood every meal of every day for the rest of her life.  Needless to say she loves these.  And I couldn’t be happier – they are healthier alternatives to so many other things she eats.  The pasta is whole wheat pasta; vegetables; no preservatives and no artificial coloring with plenty of vegetables, herbs and spices.  They are low calorie and full of protein.  Given her excitement – you know I also had to find out how great they are.  And believe me they are – full of flavor, plenty filling and absolutely delicious.
