It is three am and your alarm goes off and your morning is about to begin. Personally I save a lot of my weight training for after work at the gym. This is partially because I do not have access to a full weight set at home and at the same time because this is works best for me. Your routine is most likely going to differ from mine and there is nothing at all wrong with that. We are all different people with different needs. I do feel that if you are going to do either cardio or core workouts you should mesh them together.
You will be surprised at the results you will get when mixing the two rather than doing them one at a time. What I mean by this is personally I will do two core workouts to every one cardio. For example I will start out with jumping jacks then do sit ups followed by Russian twits. Once those are done I will move into another cardio workout. This keeps my body shocked so it does not get used to what ever I am doing at the time. Again this works best for me but the most important part is to top it all off with another glass of tea! Lets face it you deserve it! Happy workout everyone!
