I have many pairs of silicone oven mitts and I love them.  Part of my attraction to the silicone mitts is the colors – they are so rich in color and attractive.  They don’t get stained very easily and they work very well at keeping my hands protected – generally from getting burned.

But why is this pair so special (because it definitely is)?  And why am I telling you this is a pair of mitts I will never be able to live without again – sort of like heated seats in my car – never again…

Because of this really nice quilted lining inside of the mitt as well as the fact that it extends up towards the cuff of the mitt adding another inch and a half or so of coverage.  Not to mention this quilted lining makes the mitt so much more comfortable.  The extra length gives me an added sense of protection and these are very easy to clean – the outside washes right down then I just hang them to let them dry.  Right now these are available for $16.49 in 5 different color options – as you can see I have blue but they are also available in apple green, black, charcoal gray and frosting pink.
