The Sport Squeeze is a reusable squeeze pouch that holds 8 ounces of thicker liquids such as power gels, smoothies and protein shakes.

This unique pouch is BPA-PVC-and Phthalate-free with an easy flip out spout.  The pouch also includes a carabiner that is easy to remove and attach.  If you have the Original Squeeze the spout is interchangeable.

I love how easy it is to clean – it is dishwasher safe but since I don’t have one, I clean it by hand.  It is also freezer safe.
