Don’t you just hate it when you make a batch of chocolate chip cookies – and once they cool, the chocolate chips are stuck so hard to the pan, even after greasing.  Then you have a big mess on your hands and nothing is left that is pretty or edible.

It is a rainy day and I have been at a horse show all day.  The kids want chocolate chip cookies and I have no energy to make them from scratch – but have no fear – I still have a batch of pre made dough.  I simply break it into pairs of squares, place them on my Frazoni Silicone Baking Mat and they bake up perfectly, evenly and without sticking.

I don’t need spray, oil, flour or anything.  I don’t need parchment paper… I just place the mat on a cookie sheet and we are good to go.  As soon as the cookies (or whatever I am baking) is done – it lifts nice and easily off the baking mat.  This is a healthier way of cooking, it saves money and definitely makes cleanup a total breeze.
