Full Face Snorkel Mask – Making Swimming Much More Fun

In May we return to camping on the weekends.  Now camping may not seem like it involves a Full Face Snorkel Mask but it definitely does.  While we are camping we are swimming in pools, oceans, lakes and more.  The kids have never really learned how to use a traditional snorkel so when I saw this full face snorkel mask I fell in love with it.  I know it is going to make our summer completely different this year.

First – this mask has a full face.  It doesn’t just cover their eyes and nose – it fully covers eyes, nose and mouth.  This large face also allows for a full 180° viewing area.  Now we don’t go very deep in the ocean but we certainly can enjoy all the sand dollars, hermit crabs, and so much more.  Additionally, it will be just plain cool to use in the pools at the campground.  While wearing this mask we will be able to breathe out of our mouth or nose.  We will not be restricted to one or the other.

The straps on the back of the mask allow for a snug fit and we won’t need to hold our teeth on a breathing tube.  We will just need to breathe normally and enjoy the view.

The inside of the mask is form fitting and very comfortable.  I am tired of having my kids wear simple face masks that I have to make so tight on their face to keep water out that they can barely breathe.  Then when they take their mask off they have such deep face mask marks that I am always concerned the marks will be there for a long time – not just a few minutes.  I knew there had to be a better way.

This particular full face snorkel even has an attachment to add a GoPro camera.  The design keeps water from getting into their mouth and keeps the mask from fogging up.  It even has a bonus waterproof camera case, silicone ear plugs and a carrying case.
