In the past month my family and I have been on a journey to better health.  For each of us that seems to mean something different but it is a similar journey.  For example I have begun following a vegan eating plan.  While my husband is doing low sugar and the kids are simply looking for healthy snacks.  We walk down the snack aisles in a grocery store and it is overwhelming because the options always include high amounts of sugars and plenty of preservatives.  In most cases we can’t even pronounce the ingredients.
