Blue Beetle” follows Jaime Reyes, a recent college grad with dreams for his future and homecoming after graduation. When things change suddenly at home, and Jaime begins his search to discover who or what his purpose in life may be, an unexpected turn of events occurs, and Jaime comes across an ancient alien artifact known as Scarab, which grants him extraordinary abilities – leading him down his new journey as Superhero Blue Beetle!

All in all, I really like this movie. My only critique is that it took some time to really get moving, but once it did, it was very engaging and entertaining. Until this movie I had not heard of Blue Beetle so it was interesting to learn of a new super hero type character. I can easily envision a followup movie!
