I have tried so many different detanglers on my daughter’s hair.  She doesn’t have curly hair but it is very thick and I have tried just about every detangler I have come across with very little success.  Every morning the result is always tears.  But now this.  I simply dampen her hair, apply it, wait 30 seconds and brush.  This is totally awesome and does not leave her hair looking greasy, weighed down or flat.  It does exactly what it claims it will do – and very well.  I can’t really address its ability to lock in hair color since at the age of 9 – she just has her very own hair color.  But I will definitely be trying it on my hair – where I do want to preserve hair color as long as possible.
