Silicone Baking Mat by Frazoni – Never Scrubbing Baking Sheets Again!
The Frazoni Silicone Baking Mat is non-stick and incredibly easy to clean up. Have you ever used a silicone baking mat? This is definitely one of those products – once you use it, you can’t live without it. I completely hate scrubbing pans and sadly I often get a little sidetracked when making cookies and the result is I simply throw the pan out because I cannot scrub my pans very hard with arthritis. Sometimes I would remember to use parchment paper but most times – forgot.
When I use this silicone baking mat I don’t need to grease my pans, no longer need to purchase parchment paper (other than for crafts), I don’t even need a nonstick pan! The result is healthier meals with me spending far less time cleaning up in the kitchen and the silicone does not alter the taste of foods.
Silicone mats can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer. It fits perfectly in an 18″ x 13″ half sheet pan. My daughter and I can even use it as a mat to roll dough when we are making her famous stromboli! My baking life has truly been changed dramatically by this baking mat! Oh, and cleanup – a breeze, just wash with soap and water and anything slides right off.

I love everything about the Silicone Baking Mat by Frazoni. It’s healthier and there is hardly any clean up. That’s my kind of baking!
