I am a young and successful professional working in an urban public school district and everything was going great in my life until something really awful happened. It was until recently that I developed strange back and neck pain which was very uncomfortable at times. After consulting a physician I learned an inflammation had developed in my back and neck which was making my life miserable. Eventually the pain got so bad I couldn’t sleep and work became a struggle.  I tried everything possible from various medications, injections, yoga and physiotherapy etc. to get relief from this pain and get back my normal sleep pattern but it was all in vain.

Those 5 hours of sleep seemed much more valuable than 7-8 hours of constant battles with sleep and pain which I was experiencing for a month before Advil® PM . The very next night, I got 8 long hours! I could literally feel my body recovering from the pain.

And now I can even be more active during the day and take my daughter to the barn – spending hours there so she can ride as much as she wants.

    It’s great to be able to sleep at night, uh? Not sure what I would do if I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. I like AdvilPM – as it does help me too.

    I have to concur, I am so glad I gave AdvilPM a chance for I have been able to at least get a good night sleep also! That inflammation in our backs and neck is no joke, glad you found relief too!
