When I was a child my parents always had us take vitamins. I honestly am not even sure we needed them back then. We always ate a great deal of fruits and vegetables as well as having our own garden. Some of my fondest memories were just walking outside because I wanted a sandwich. I would help myself to a tomato, cucumber, onions and lettuce – my sandwich would be so thick I could barely get my mouth around it. Oh and the simple pleasures of just grabbing a tomato, sitting on the front porch and eating it like it was an apple! I don’t know anyone who does that these days but we sure did. Eventually I went off to college and while learning everything I needed to know to earn a degree and working all the jobs I could to pay the bills – I un-learned how to eat properly and take care of myself.

 

Then kids came along and I had to re-learn everything I had forgotten but in a way that worked for our family. For me in particular that means daily vitamins.  About 10 years ago, I learned that my body does not process these vitamins and minerals properly.  I started fracturing bones for no real reason, was tired all the time, gained weight and just pretty much felt yucky all the time. For me, taking a good, reputable multivitamin daily is important in supporting my every day health.

    I would like to win these for me,I am looking for a good quality daily vitamin but my problem is the reason I stopped taking them were they were huge and I had trouble swallowing them and that scared me and caused me anxiety dreading to take it every day but since these are gummies they will go down easier and taste so much better too!

    I would like to win these because I know I should be taking them to stay healthy. Having a gummy formula would make it alot easier.
