HealthyWiser Ph Test Strips for Urine and Saliva

The human body is an amazing thing. It regulates everything without a thought. Just imagine if we had to tell it to do everything every moment. There would be no possible way. Granted, we do not have to continue to remind ourselves to take a breath every few moments or for our food to digest after we swallow, but sometimes our bodies do need a little extra help in maintaining what would be our normal functions. For some people that is tracking their pH levels. Some of you may be wondering what your pH even is. Your pH stands for “potential” of Hydrogen”. It is the amount of hydrogen ions in a particular solution, the more ions, the more acidic the solution, the fewer ions the more alkaline (base) the solution. Without getting too scientific the lower the pH number is the more acidic the solution and the higher the pH number is the more alkaline the solution. On an average the pH in the human body should be more alkaline. Of course the most important being our blood. Individuals that are diabetic have joint pain, arthritis, and osteoporosis are some of the people that can benefit from testing the pH and motoring it daily. But how do you do this?
