I participated in the 7 album review program as a member of One2One Network. I was provided an album to review but all opinions are my own.
Seal 7 is an album about LOVE. Quite simply – this album is about all of the rawest emotions associated with love – anger, acceptance, bliss, sadness, elation, recklessness and more. Seal started working on this album in 2013 with a clear direction and this is the culmination of two years of work. He wanted to evoke feelings – strong feelings and this album does just that.
Seal worked with producer Trevor Horn to bring this album to life. He has worked with Trevor in the past as they also collaborated on Seal, Seal II, Human Being, Seal IV and Soul 2. They achieve success with this collaboration and have partnered again.
Seal’s newest Seal 7 album allows you to become part of the music – you can feel it in your soul. For me, I just want to listen to it with noise cancelling headphones and tune out the rest of the world. I want to become involved in the music and feel the emotion as it unfolds.
I haven’t bought any music by Seal in a long, long, time. I still love Kissed by a Rose. One of my fave songs that never goes out of style.
Don’t know who it is off hand. Maybe if I heard him first. I have a terrible memory but thanks for sharing your review.
