These Kapoosh Hex-Connex Knife Caddies are so cute. I couldn’t figure out before I received them exactly how they could universally accept knives. There are food grade plastic flex rods that move aside to make room for the knives. These rods will not damage the knives in any way.
There are short knife caddies at 5 inches and tall knife caddies at 8 inches.
They are available in lime, tangerine, cherry, aqua and slate. It has non-skid rubber feet on the bottom so it doesn’t slip. When I need to clean it – I simply take all the flex rods out and replace them once it is clean and dry.
What is even more impressive is these individual knife caddies are able to connect to one another – the grooves slide into one another.
