When I was younger I was never “thin” but I was always fit. I don’t think you could get much more active than I was as a kid – I couldn’t sit down to save my soul. The good news is we are very active and activity can be so much fun. Choose something you love and go crazy with it. I would be bored if I just got exercise via a treadmill. Instead, we get our exercise mostly at the barn. We have four horses while also helping with approximately 80.
