Recently I transitioned to vegan. The rest of the family has not though. I am not beyond feeding them vegan items though to see if they can tell the difference.
Lehi Mills has some amazing bake mixes that no one can even tell are vegan. These Lehi Mills vegan double fudge brownies are delicious. They look completely like non vegan brownies.
As you can see the only thing that needs to be added is water and vegetable oil. The batter comes out a bit thick – almost as thick as cookie dough but it definitely is a nice texture once baked.
Their vegan brownie mix is the easiest, most delicious vegan treat. These are truly the best plant based brownies I have ever tasted and they are perfectly chewy and chocolaty. These are the only Certified Vegan Brownie Mix on the market!

This would be a great item for children to make–chocolate, brownies and a little baking. Looks wonderful.
