This BruJoy Ultra-Sharp Peeler is an amazing peeler and extremely sharp – I truly have to be extremely careful when using it. My daughter is dying to try it but that is definitely not going to happen since she is only 9 years old. But as an adult – I love it. It makes for a much more efficient and quick process of peeling my vegetables.
This peeler reminds me of a razor blade. Aptly so since it is just that sharp. One side is a vegetable peeler and one is a julienne peeler. I love the flexibility of this one tool! It is stainless steel making it a very sturdy peeler. Once side of the handle is contoured while the other side is flat – easy to grip firmly. My prep time has definitely improved dramatically.
