I do not suffer from high blood pressure – at least not normally.  But I do take some medications that occasionally due cause me to have elevated blood pressure.  Generally, it happens if I take those medications daily for a couple weeks or more.  So I keep an eye on my blood pressure and when I notice it starts to rise, I go off that medication for a week then start the cycle again.  I can’t survive long term without the medication but I can survive easily taking a week off here or there.
