Thoughts

I have felt for years the periodic episodes of fasting has a huge benefit on weight loss and health.  There are many books on the subject.  The SirtFood Diet though carries this theory just a bit further and identifies foods that are rich in sirtuins.  The book delves into the discovery, the premise and experience.  I am in the process of transitioning to a weight loss program and what I am doing will fit perfectly with the SirtFood Diet.  There is no reason I cannot combine both and I am thrilled to get started.
