Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Balls – Wowza!

I totally LOVE being a mom.  Seriously, love.  When I was younger I wanted 10 kids at least.  I still love a houseful but it is just different – four generations instead of two.  It works – there aren’t always four, sometimes three but then again – sometimes four!

I try to provide healthful snack options for my family as often as possible.  Now when I try healthy recipes I always have this hope that they will be delicious and be able to replace some of the snacks like chocolate chip cookies etc… It doesn’t happen as often as I’d like that a healthy option hits the mark as well as a less healthy option.

Having said all that – there are alot of people in my house so I find my thoughts also on the opposite extreme.  Maybe, if I am extremely lucky, every other person in the house will hate it and I can have it all to myself!  Well, this is not the recipe for that – everyone loves it!

These are so incredibly easy to make – no cooking involved at all and completely delicious.

No time for breakfast – grab a few and go.

No time for snacks – grab a few and go.

Need something healthy for between meals?  These are perfect.

Just six ingredients – anything that requires more than 5 or 6 ingredients really makes me walk away.  I just don’t even have the time to get all the ingredients out of the cabinets and into one place to begin the recipe if it requires more than that.  That and a bit of ADHD – yup, no time for that.

These are the exact ingredients I used

Organic unsweetened coconut flakes – 1 1/3 cup

White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter – 1 cup

AI Sports Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder – 1 cup

Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoons

Oats – 2 cups

Ambrosia Honey – 2/3 cup

Mix everything together – go ahead and dive in with your hands.  Form into small balls and refrigerate or freeze.  Simple as that – grab and go as you want/need!

Keep ingredients on hand to make these over and over again!
