Caring For My Stomach – Part 2 (Preparing)
This is the year I am taking care of me – and in particular that means my stomach. Without getting into all the details, I had a five year span where my stomach was not doing very well. It has now healed and I need to keep it that way. I am not different than most people – I indulge here and there. But for the most part I am trying to make much better nutritional choices as well as doing all I can to help my stomach/gut work properly – after all I only have one digestive system.
Yesterday I brought you Caring for My Stomach Part 1 – Cleaning. Today I am bringing you Part 2 with Preparing.
Preparing involves the assistance of Gut Garden’s Digestive Enzymes. These enzymes are free of preservatives, coloring and flavoring. The preparing happens when the digestive enzymes replace digestive functions that may have been depleted or compromised over time. It is a high-potency blend of enzymes, herbs, Betaine HCL and Pepsin which is designed to break down fats, carbohydrates and proteins to support proper digestion and improve nutrient absorption. I can use to resolve occasional indigestion, gas and bloating, or along with Gut Garden’s other products I am working to restore my gut health long-term.
It works to restore stomach acid levels and increase nutrient absorption. When I was having major stomach issues I struggled greatly with nutrient absorption and had muscle cramps (painful ones) so often. I could not sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time without waking up in some sort of painful cramping situation. I am so glad those days are behind me…
