Now that COVID has eased up a bit – enough for everyone to start having summer fun again, more and more people are turning to travel fun.

There are a lot of excellent travel games for children that many parents will absolutely love just as much as their kids do. These include some of the most popular traditional family games where most of these have been played by families and loved by everyone, but there are also several more games that we have added to our gaming fun.

Tenzi

TENZI is a fun, easily portable game for anyone ages 7 to 97.  It is a fast, fun dice game that encourages fast reactions and is super easy to learn. It was even named one of ASTRA’s Best Toys for Kids.

To play TENZI you must roll your 10 dice as fast as you can which makes the game instantly competitive and fun for the whole family. Better yet there isn’t just one way to play so included are 8 other Tenzi games including SPLITZI, MEGA TENZI, and TENZI TOWER.

For even more ways to play, you can order 77 Ways To Play TENZI!  Dice are not included in this box, so you need to purchase the TENZI dice set first which includes: 4 sets of 10 colored dice for 2 to 4 players, instructions for 9 different ways to play what has been referred to as the world’s fastest dice game, and a nifty 1.5 x 1.5 x 10-inch dice storage tube to keep your high-quality TENZI dice organized. Note – Dice colors may vary.

BUILDZI is a game of strategy – a fast building block game that rewards creativity and quick problem-solving skills. That’s why it was awarded ASTRA Best Toys for Kids in the Games 8+ category.  Another quick and easy game to learn.  Flip over your Tower Card or Block Card and be the first to build your block tower. For more of a challenging tower, game try using the yellow/black side of the Tower Card, these towers are a bit trickier to build and don’t have colors to help identify the blocks.

Like TENZI there is more than one way to play BUILDZI.  Included are instructions for 7 different ways to play including Together BUILDZI where you use your STEM skills to work as a team-building tower that includes all of the BUILDZI Blocks.

Teachers love BUILDZI because it can help develop and reinforce many STEM skills. Students will utilize Problem Solving, Creativity, Communication, Inquiry, Engineering/Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration skills to complete any of the building block games included with BUILDZI. It’s perfect for early finishers and is a great team-building game.
