PBfit Makes Protein Shakes BETTER!

It is no shocker to anyone who knows me – I LOVE PBfit!  If you haven’t heard of PBfit, you are about to.  If you have any questions after reading this post, feel free to message me or leave a comment.

What Is PBfit?

PBfit Processing

PBfit is a peanut butter powder made through a process of pressing roasted peanuts and removing most of the fat and calories, then coconut palm sugar and a pinch of salt are added.  This process results in a peanut butter powder with 87% less fat and 1/3 fewer calories than traditional peanut butter.

How To Use PBfit?

PBfit has ultimate versatility.  You can use it like peanut butter by simply adding water.  Add it to smoothies, oatmeal, cereals, sauces and so much more.  If you are looking for inspiration check out PBfit Recipes.

Where Can You Find PBfit?

PBfit may be found at all major retailers including many pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS.

Can Dogs Have PBfit?

I don’t believe there is anything in PBfit that could be a problem for dogs UNLESS your dog does have a specific allergy to coconut palm sugar or peanuts.  My beautiful dog is highly allergic to peanut butter – though she does love it (we learned the hard way with regular peanut butter).  Therefore, we don’t offer her PBfit.

Is PBfit Keto-Friendly?

PBfit does have some coconut palm sugar so it is not as keto-friendly as you may like.  However, have no fear, Better Foods also has Sugar Free PBfit which is much more keto-friendly.

Is PBfit Vegan Friendly?

PBfit is vegan friendly but if you are interested Better Foods has PBfit Vegan PLUS Chocolate!  I haven’t tried that yet but would love to.

What Is My Favorite Way To Use PBfit?

I tend to follow a mostly plant-based diet and my husband tends to follow a keto diet.  Sometimes, the two lifestyles converge.  For us, we start our day with a white chocolate peanut butter smoothie!  I will say it is a bit of a compromise for both of us but we love it so much.  This is a recipe for two smoothies (I never make just one but you can certainly cut it in half for one).

I use:

Two heaping scoops of Orgain Keto Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder

Four tablespoons PBfit powder

Half a package of Jello-O Instant Sugar Free White Chocolate Pudding mix

Two full trays of Orgain Keto Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder

400ml of water

That’s it.  Think of the smoothie varieties by simply changing protein powder and pudding flavors?

Best of all, this PBfit protein shake is nutritious and a great way to send the kids off to school!

You are right, protein supplements are very helpful in training, and they are very useful, they are a good dietary product, and if you follow the recommendations for use, they are safe for health. Also, their main function is to obtain the right dose of protein to build muscle mass. I usually use Mass Gainer and I really like its effect and the price is quite low despite the good quality of the product.

PBfit sounds like a delicious and healthy way to enjoy peanut butter—perfect for protein shakes! On a different note, if you’re sharing recipes in an ebook, an online book cover designer can help make your content visually appealing.
