Goals – Always Eat After 7PM

The only real issues I had were asthma and a disease that weakens my bones and makes me more susceptible to bone fractures – have had plenty of them. Now I seem to have every type of specialist overseeing my care. Eventually if I remain in remission I can stop seeing a bunch of them – so that is my goal. I have special needs children. They are in their teens now but they will need their mom well into their adulthood and I intend to be there. I also wanted more energy. The meds I take to remain in remission can cause severe exhaustion – yet I still need to work and function.
As far as my progress? Keep in mind I am working from home with all these COVID changes so any progress is wonderful to me. I have also decided to stop fighting the gray hair. So this is the new me – losing weight, embracing my gray and enjoying the 50s.
